Founded April 20th, 2016 Destiny Church was no longer a dream but a reality. Offering a mostly traditional worship service, with some contemporary added for variety, Destiny Church meets at the Reserve at Hamilton Trace Independent Living facility in Fishers in a large open room, with beautiful natural light beaming in through the windows in the walk-out basement. Many of our members are retired residents of the home, but we do have members who come in from outside of the home, and we welcome people from the community to join us.
A Non-Denominational Christian Church with the core value of exalting and honoring Christ, and His Word. All of the spiritual gifts are active today, and are important to the mission of the church to reach a lost and hurting world. All of the gifts should be exercised in a manner that glorifies God, and hence love and grace should be abundantly evident in all our ministry. People should be able to taste the fruit of the Holy Spirit even as they are experiencing the touch of Christ through the manifestation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
Our mission is to share the love of God, for people to be equipped with the Gospel, and have a heart to minister to people. We want you to encounter God's love in new ways, and to share that love with others.
Our Vision
If you are looking for a church that still believes and teaches that the Bible is God's Word, and that all of the gifts of Holy Spirit are available today as they were in the early church, then Destiny Church may be the church you are looking for. Hebrews 13:8: Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever.
We believe that we need all of the resources available from Heaven to advance God's Kingdom with the greatest effectiveness possible. We still need the power of Holy Spirit to fulfill our destiny to spread God's Word and His love to a lost, hurting, and lonely world that desperately needs to know that God has a purpose for them, and He wants to change all people from the inside out--beginning with the cleansing power of Jesus Christ, and continuing with the powerful indwelling of Holy Spirit.
Destiny Church is committed to seeing God's Kingdom come and His will be done on earth as it is in Heaven. When Jesus manifests His Presence, His Light pierces through darkness, the impossible becomes possible, healing, miracles, and signs and wonders become a reality, and through God's Word truth obliterates lies. We want to see Jesus exalted and lives transformed through Holy Spirit's Presence in Destiny Church. We want to dream with God and see Him do through us "immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us" (Ephesians 3:20 NIV).
